So on March 22, 2015, I tried to log in to my Sythe account and I found out that the password was incorrect. I assumed I had forgotten my password and I did not know the information to my old email address, so I submitted a lost password request(linked below). After submitting the request, I googled "theslayer371 sythe" just to good around and look at my profile. To my astonishment, the first couple results were scam reports, and when I clicked on them, I found out that my account was banned for scamming(linked below). I also found a thread wherein someone reported my account for transferring a trojan disguised as a guide. I did not commit either of these offenses, nor would I ever do such a thing. My account was compromised once before and I was able to recover it. During the time it was not in my posession the first time, the thief proceeded to make "FUT" trades. The report for which my account was banned was based on a FUT trade(which I have never taken part in), leading me to believe that the account was hijacked by the same person in both instances. Since the email change request was still fresh, I decided to throw up a post in the ban appeal forum which explained the situation a bit. I feel this may have been looked over, so I am now submitting a fresh, more elaborate appeal. I don't have much supporting evidence as proof that I did not commit the offenses for which my account was banned. The only thing I can think of besides the variance in IP addresses is the change in skype accounts. I have used two skype accounts in the past for sythe dealings. These are "elitedlarss" and "[email protected]". The skype username the interloper used, according to the scam report, is "JayKay0h". This was a match on and additional sythe account to my own(presumably both were also using the same IP address). I worked long and hard building up trust and being a part of the amazing RuneScape market on sythe, and I hope that I can regain my foothold there. I know that in the rules, bans listed as older than 30 days will not be appealed, but I did not discover this ban until last week, and my account had been compromised during my months of inactivity.

Seems like no scams took place aside the SE sales attempt.

So a few days ago, I submitted this appeal.

I logged into an old sythe account I made because I was thinking about trying to contact n4n0 on sythe chat or via PM because it said he was online. The second account, Goosinator, was banned for ban evading(despite not making a post since the other account was banned)

I just want it to be known that I was only trying to post a reply on my appeal thread or make an effort to contact n4n0, and ended up doing neither. I just don't want it to look bad on my appeal request.
