I use gangstergreed. Works well, got paid $20. The thing is that the surveys you do dont all get approved, but most of them do. All you need is a paypal account since many sites dont payout to egold.

I got 24 Dollars from Signing up for a week trial w/ blockbuster. And I used a card with no more cash on it (Just in case)

Then, I got 1.50 from doing a survey.

Nope surveys take less than 3 mins if remember what you type and itll be fast. Also its easy just clicking "no" for everyone of them.
