My thread title says only 07 aswell.

I only accept 07 but he kept saying PayPal, I assume he wanted to chargeback.

Refusing to use a middleman is not ban or TWC worthy. If we're banning users who are "probably scamming" the site's gonna became an absolute madhouse. The only sketchy shit @Jakemc99 does here is claiming you've been banned before because "a mod messaged him". If a mod truely messaged him that he should be immediately demoted because he's doing his job incorrectly, so cut the crap Jake.
