Hello Sythe, I felt it was time that you hear directly from me that I am sorry.
I have been banned for " Ban evasion (Karl_Breezy) "
The user who has banned me is Video. I spoke to him on MSN about the situation and I said no that it was not me, somebody at most could of had hacked into my wifi and make a sythe account on mine IP but I highly doubted it. I also mentioned that I would be happy to refund whatever amount Karl Breezy scammed the person for.
Video kept on saying it is you so stop lying about it, but it was not me. I would have no reason to evade because first of all my sythe account was made in 2009 so why would I make another account in 2011. Video then blocked me and I had a phone talk with my brother if he knew anything about it because at that moment I remembered that my brother used to have sythe. He created it 2 years later then I did. And on the phone he told me that he was Karl Breezy, so then it all added up to me and I felt screwed. But luckily my brother told me that he and Video are good friends, that he has sold him over 15B when he had about 30B and later on he even reached a point of 200B. Video also trusted my brother constantly for high amounts (400M's) while he was banned as I suggest they were good friends.
My brother got banned for a 50M scam, he told me that he did not scam that person hes name was netbug1 or something like that. My brother had lagg at that time and later spoke to netbug1 and they completed most likely the transaction. He cannot 100% verify this as he doesn't really remember low trades he said, but he told me that most likely he would of had finished the deal with him. He did not later make a dispute on about it because he decided to make a dutch GP shop and so he did. If he did not get refunded, I would be happy to refund him myself. All though I'd need some explanation because Netbug1 is banned so how could I do it.
My brother told Video this and Video believed him (I assume) and decided to unblock me and to help me with my situation. Let me also add that I had to refund a user called "Moonpeak" for 50M because we traded but we wanted to finish it with a OMM but since then we couldn't get in touch with each other he decided to report me just incase. I have pmed Moonpeak twice and he has not responded, but he did come online on sythe. Moonpeak had also no proof that the skype user was me but I came forward to Superman and I told him that it is true and that he doesn't need to upload any pictures or anything and that I would refund him whenever I get in contact with him. A couple of days later I still get no contact, so I have just handed the 50M over to Video so that he could help me by refunding it to the rightfully owner.
Another note:
Yesterday I was banned because of a setup. A user called "Rej" faked my report in order to get me banned, laterly I got unbanned because the edvidence was fake. He also tried to ban someone called "Crazypipe" and in that report also it shows clearly signs of fakeness. Shine20078 also was hacked and I noticed that Rej was viewing hes thread, but why would he if he is banned? He might of had hacked Shine20078 too, but I am not sure though.
My other MSN [email protected] got hacked and at first I did not know by who but later I found out that it was someone from bugabuse.net as he found my password in the database, a password that I have used on a website which I cannot remember. I have lied about my msn being [email protected] because I was totaly shocked about what came up in that scam report, I was afraid of being banned while I did nothing and I was afraid of having to refund such a high amount, because who ever would believe my story that my @hush.com account got hacked.

Yes - I was wrong for not letting anybody know that it got hacked but I did not let anything know because I did not make any trades on that account and I also had it everywhere deleted and no one was scammed so no damage could of been damage, untill the fake scam report showed up. I am truely sorry for lying about this.
I came most likely back to Sythe because I had 2 months untill my vacation and I needed some money for it. I never had a plan on doing any harm. I am sorry for lying about my MSN, I just felt like that I had no reason to state it anywhere because I did not do any trades on it and nobody got scammed. I am a true honest person and I have made alot of friends since I came back to sythe within these two weeks I think. I have also banned 5 people for scamming and I have gained 10-15 vouches. I have also helped Zerkerfist and Superman on getting "Viiper" banned.
I have let people down with lying about the situation from my msn and I realise that. Nobody is more disappointed in me that I am. I am truely sorry and ashamed for the damage that I have made in sythe at that day and I am hoping that the community and most likely Video and Zerkerfist could forgive me for my mistakes and let me back in the community. It would mean alot to me and I promise from the bottem of my heart and my word as a man (respect) that I would not let you guys down. What I did was unacceptable 100 per cent. I can only ask and pray that you forgive me - please.
