TheNinja209 Request for Pardon *Read with care*

Hi, Most of you might know me as Ninja. Today I stand before you embarrassingly requesting a pardon, for one of my actions that happened long a I barely can remember, as of a shock to me when Video brought it up. You can view it here.

Let me first explain why im doing a pardon:

I know that pardons are to be after a lesson is learned, yet I am here within hours of my dispute being closed (The Why) This is because the accused situation has been over a year ago. (The When) I first started runescape in 2005, During this time yes I was into luring, and ddosing people wile pking, that does = scamming to some extent so I am guilty of that. "Guilty as charged" Altho none of these actions have ever affected my sythe which was started in 2009. Altho whenever my sythe was started I was still into the actions of doing some of that but I have never used any of those skills on sythe. As you can see in the link above I was very big headed of what I was doing boasting and bragging on my achievements and low life archives.

(The Explanation)- Here I was bragging and boasting on my recent activities (remember) this has nothing to do with sythe, therefore I don't know if it would have been worthy of a TWC or a Ban. I have nothing to do with that decision and my thoughts really don't matter but I believe it would have been worthy of a TWC. Notice when I was saying all of this I used words like : " Ive" Using words past tense. So bragging and boating I am "Guilty as charged"

Me being young and stupid in the community. TheNinja209 has been my only sythe account since 2009. I have never had another one. I don't know why I said it. "no content"

From the time this dispute was Opened. I gained many Vouches in the community and peoples trust. I have never scammed on sythe neither have I attempted to scam anyone since Ive been here. There was only 1 scam report put on me. It was for an upgrade I believe was 8m.

There was nothing mis conceived about this transaction. The user was simply trying to get 8m out of me. I took care of this situation with Zerkfist. I could not get a hold of the user-(remember) "I did not take care of this dispute till over 4 months later" I felt that I needed to pay this user not because I did anything wrong but, solemnly because I felt that my pride was being hurt having this on my vouches.

Confessions of Hacking/scamming

Yes I have confessed to hacking and runescape scamming. A confessions of me having did it at one period of time, in my life. Stating Before my sythe history. I have never did it on sythe because it was before my sythe time. I know there is nothing that anyone can look up in my sythe career that has anything to do with hacking/scamming.

The Question- So why should this be used against me ? If im saying ive had recent history of that in my life wouldn't that be grounds for a TWC not a sythe bann. If so I believe alot of members should be banned because of there past. Even tho it has not affected there sythe.

I have seen a lot of members banned because they have taken there outside sources or works into there sythe such as, linking people to there phishing account in there sig, linking members to keyloggers things of that nature. Which I TheNinja209 has never done. I would never put my sythe account at risk to anything of that nature nor would I be stupid enough to even involve myself in that nonsense anymore.

As I have been on sythe. I have come to know many people. I have because what I would like to say "in the family" During this time ive opened many things that have helped many markets strive. Most of people know these things of me.

A little From my prospective " Could be taken into consideration please"

Well my Pardon is coming to an end I just want to say a little about myself. The sythe community has changed the person, I used to be before 2009. I have grown to Love this community and I can never thing of ever leaving. I have great pride for my sythe account I would not trade it for anything in the world.

If you ask "but why ? "

Why ? Because I have put in great amounts of work if anyone knows me ive stayed on sythe 24/7 even when the Markets were dead in the middle of the night I would be online directing new members to correct forums or simply refering them to members I believe would help them if I didn't have a legit solution to there problems. I love what I do on sythe absolutely Love it.

What im willing to do ?

I am willing to do anything to get back to the sythe comunity. If there is anything in terms of RSGP, Donations or anything that I would need to do I will do it. I will pay any amounts do anything. "Note" This is not a bribe attempt. This is just simply saying I have admitted to scamming before my sythe time. So therefore im willing to give to the community what I have taken from other whether there from the sythe community or not. I would even take a lifetime TWC. I don't mind that either.

Sythe is my life it is all that i do. My pride is severely hurt with this pardon and things being put against me. Im willing to fix all problems adjust what need to be done.

I am not leaving it in the hands of the community. Give me the consequences I deserve for my actions. I will have to accept them no matter what. Ive never meant for my trust to anyone to be hurt nor to hurt the community in any way. Ive never thought the day would come that I would have to leave sythe but if this be the say them I would have to say so long. It has been a pleasure.

I hope the community could come to a mutual aggrement of something like a lifetime TWC or something of that nature, a perm ban I just really dont think its suitable for a member who has trust and no recent hacking or scamming disputes ever.

Video these other accounts are clearly imposters. 1 is in 2008 why would I have made an account in 2008 that not even, adding up also and account in 2011 Why would i make one in 2011 whenever i was already a forumn addict in 2011 what point would that make to have another account. Video you are obviously trying to find anything to keep me banned for. I bet none of these accounts even match my IP. Why are you even doing this.

Also are any of these account linked to me in any way besides that email, thats an imposter im sorry thats not me. I would really love to see more proof about this not just screenies of that same email that could be anyone but its not me actually look at what your posting before you post it.

You have banned me twice and both times it has come back that you are in the wrong can you just accept that im not a bad person and that you are wrong man your wrong dude !!!!!!!!!

You used the troyaikman email in October 2011, which was your very first post on theninja209 (see here: http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1249506). The users I linked used the email in July and August of 2011, which was before your very first post on sythe. So no, you were not a forum addict when the 2011 account was made.

Btw if any staff feels that I'm getting out of hand, let me know and I'll happily remove myself from this dispute

 

Yes i understand that Video but the point i am trying to get across to you is. In my Pardon i admitted to scamming/hacking before making a sythe account. "Right" now on sythe is there anything linking me to any phishing/hacking or scamming during my time on sythe. Yes that was my email video but it was not linked to any scamm attempts or anything of that nature. I switches because that one became bugged somehow.

In 2011 Video i have no use for other sythe account but my own so why would i have multiple account. Thats what im trying to say. Why would i do that are there any IP links to all of these account ? Please let me know cause i have no prior knowlege of making more that 1 sythe account please check IP logs or something.
