thenewbie offsite scammer (Difficult)

Hey all, this one is going to be a bit difficult, but I'll provide all the proof I've found.

Now the scam report on rsbot.lt, note this is in a different languange, but it has pictures there and the moderator has banned him. You can translate the language from Lithuanian to English.

anyway, it's obvious it is him, he has been banned. I'll leave it for you guys to decide.

 

Firstly, all the screenshots are in a different language, which will take hours to translate.

Second, the skype in the screenshots is not the one he listed in the post, therefore there is nothing linking him to that scam. Unfortunately theres not much I can do here.
