[oSnarcheluta] requesting a pardon for [Ban Evading]

Before I write this thread, I see on other threads of unregistered users replying to threads, but whenever I tried replying on my other thread, it said I had to log in. Perhaps you have to use a different method that i'm not aware of, so i would really appreciate if someone answered this question.

Proof of contacting victims for repayment or repayment of victims: I have waited the time I had to wait but unfortunately I have repaid nobody so far. I have used my friend's and brother's account (who got banned for being mistaked for ban evading but given my situation, I understand why they banned me, and if needed I can prove it wasn't my account via his different posting habits, what type of stuff he sold at sythe, etc.) I sent out the messages but since the account got banned, I do not know if anyone replied (I also sent out emails as well but no one has replied back because the emails are over 7 years old). Why I should be unbanned:
After writing the appeal and checking the Ip Audits for my account "4rchuh", I was shocked that I had done what I had done. If I had not seen my history, and someone had asked me to share with them stories of my wrong deeds, I would have said "I scammed a few people for pins, money, etc", but I was ashamed to see the countless times i've ban evaded. These names have all erased from my memories and to see them all right infront of me, all the wrong I have done. Yes, I was only 13 years old, but that doesn't excuse what I have done. I believe everything happens for a reason, and I tried to analyze why I had done what I had done. I grew up in a loving family, who would too be shocked if they discovered what I had done. I couldn't find the answer. I would like to pay back the scammers, and would like the community to tell me that it's okay, that we all make mistakes, and that I am forgiven.

I am posting here because I like to humbly request a second chance. I am here to sell gold, and at the process I love interacting with my customers and enjoy building a strong relationship with them. I love it when they know that I am the cheapest seller and the most friendly seller, and that they have already decided who to buy gold from before they even recieve their paycheques.

Some history of me. I started staking early 2011 when the free trade came back, and I sell the gold that I earn. I opened up my first thread and tried to be as legit as possible.

I see a lot of people getting ripped off my huge gold sellers for rates at $2/m. I wanted to make customers happy. Most importantly, I wanted to feel the PRIDE in knowing that whenever someone wishes to buy gold, they will come to me because they like me, and because I was a polite person to talk to.

I am a verified seller with a feedback score is 365, with a positive feedback RATE of 100%! I really take pride in delivering MORE than what the customers expect. Whether it be a cheaper price, delivering at a quicker speed, being polite, or even being someone fun to talk with while we are trading.

Over here, we have a member named "blockman11". He is buying 250m off of me and already had paid me the $440. It was my turn to deliver the gold so I asked him if he could put up some items from his bank so it would look less like an RWT. When he challenged me, I was shocked to see he was putting EVERYTHING from his bank (Over 130M). At this point, I was proud of myself, proud of blockman for being able to trust me. That he was able to risk EVERYTHING in his bank. That he was able to put up EVERY LAST ITEM of his bank to make our trade safer. He didn't even consider the slightest of possibility that may'be I could be a scammer. He is my favorite customer not because he bought a lot of gold from me, but because developed a deeper connection than just Buyer/Seller (Though we only traded once and we don't talk anymore), I was happy to hurry up and let him win the duel so I could make him feel happy that He got what he wanted, and now both of us can move on with our life with a smile on our faces.

Also, after oSnarcheluta has been banned, people still bought gold off of me. Though it may be seen as unethical to some, I didn't tell them I was banned because in my eyes, it didn't matter. Whether or not my sythe account was banned, the owner of the account (me) is and will be the same person.

Here I will list an example.

At first, we did increments of $100 because it was his first time buying from me (July 5 Pre ban) -


He msged me July 10 (after my account was banned) and he sent me the payment because he had bought from me before. It was naive of him because he could have easily been scammed if he had been unlucky, but I didn't scam him




next day, he wanted to buy more gold from me. At this point, I wasnt home. He sent the money when I was far away from a computer because he trusted me.





and now we talk a lot and im happy to say we're pretty good friends. This is the reason why sythe is an important site for me, and why I wish to recieve a second chance. Though I don't engage in other communities of sythe, sythe is more than a site where I come to sell runescape gold. It is where I get to meet new people and feel fulfilled and proud knowing I made my customers happy.

thanks for making this detailed report, it'll definitely help in the future. however, you're ineligible for pardon until you've tried to contact EVERYONE you've scammed, and unless i missed something, that doesn't seem to be the case. correct me if i'm wrong, but until you can show yourself trying to contact everyone and waiting a month since last contact, i'm gonna have to lock this. see you soon.
