PKING with fire cape

If i die while pking with my fire cape does it disapear? I remember back in the day you could run back and pick it up a long with barrow gloves, zammy book, and stuff like that.

Is this still true for all of those items? or do they disapear

Yes, it turns into 30-40k cash for your opponent, you can't risk it.

 

what about fighter torso?

 

You loose ALL non-tradables while pking. They get converted to cash to the player that killed you.

 

It's to keep people from just using all untradeables and risking nothing (since there have been so many untradables added to the game).

You cannot see your own drop either after you die even if your opponent dies as well and you beat him back.

You don't lose ALL untradables, the untradables I know you can run back and pick up for a fact include RFD gloves (up to addy), Prayer books (not sure about trimmed), ghostly robes and runecrafting robes. I know all of those from personal experience for sure, you may be able to pick up rune rfd gloves but I'm not sure.

 

You can pick up rune RFD gloves.

 

I believe some of the "not so useful" dungeoneering reward items won't disappear either. This includes the spirit cape and law/nature staves. I can't confirm this but it used to be like this as long as I remember.

 

I think some of the void items appear, such as the helmets, but not the rest.

I know this from personal experience, was rushing with full void melee, and f cape and claws. Kept claws, ran back, found my melee helm but the rest wasn't there.

Void helm,can't really come up with any other items you keep except gloves such as barrow

Its upsetting for everyone, not worth getting cape torso anymore.

 

You'll lose your cape. Dont bother with PKing in it.

 

Its so annoying, I think firecape should appear on your grave in the wilderness, makes it more exciting

 

Once they other player has killed you, they will receive money instead of the cape.

But it does protect over many things, I think its valued at 600K.

 

I ran back to the spot I died from a fight to loot my opponent, as I wrathed him out, and I found my Korasi's Sword and Runecrafting Cape on the floor.. I tried to replicate it with a friend to see if it would happen again, but it didn't.

 

unless you pro at caping i would risk it for the biscuit lol

 

Fire cape protects over many things though - such as a whip.
