Basically I've tried to contact him since losing access to the account and he's apparently disappeared on Sythe and I've seen nothing of him on Skype.

That's already been attempted. He hasn't been on Skype for almost 2 weeks. He also hasn't been on this website since 19/11.

Not only that, I had no email about the account password changing or anything about authenticator. He gave it a few weeks and then changed the information back to his own.

I gave it plenty of time before I posted this report just in case he did return and fix this, but I don't see why else he would all of a sudden disappear the very day I lose access to the account.

Since he hasn't been active on sythe, a proof of contact isn't necessary. He'll be unbanned when he returns the account or refunds you
