Just Selling Accs scammed me.

This is about an account sold to me by just selling accs that was recovered shortly after i purchased from him. More details about what happened at bottom.

OK so heres what happen. Just Selling accounts pmed and asked if i wanted an account. We then got on skype and talked over price, which 30m was decided.
After that was decided I met his runescape account which in transcript i censored. I gave him 30m and then he gave rsn and pass. i logged in and sent email change request.
He accepted the request on his email so my eamil was the new one. We exchanged vouches. I then sent him pm via sythe asking for assisting me remove recovery questions.
He agreed and said wait for him to send link. But never replied and woudnt respond on skype or sythe. A little less than a week later the account was recovered. The password and email it was registered had been changed.
I messaged him about it and he blamed it on me getting hacked. The password was change without sending email to the registered address and the email was changed without recieving any amails from jagex.
He said this was his original account so the only one that would be able to recover would be him if he is telling the truth. Then I found the account on the do not sell or purchace sticky The Rsn being I ce bl i tz .
This would mean the accounts been sold and recovered before. If he is the original owner then hes reselling a recovered account.

I reported the pm dialouge we had over sythe if that helps admin be able to see it. I have a good bit more evidence but i'd prefer an admin advise me what i need from her. I can take pictures of the entire skype conversation, but id rather pm them than post publicly.

I'd say you're fine. The report is already taken care of, its already been said that he's banned for scamming and if he attempts to pardon/dispute he'll have to pay you back the 30M.
