The_Gomez - Appeal for the 3rd time!

Well first off I am appealing again because me and blupig, a friend of mine who KNOWS I am a very legit, non-scamming, fucking awesome guy said I should appeal and I know he is respected here.

Well, I was banned for phishing because I said that in a person's thread that he made about a phished account he got. I said:

Now at the time, discussing phishing wasn't against the rules. In fact! Phishing wasn't against the rules! There were only rules against cracking.

So then I was banned and called a "scammer" and was labeled a "scammer" by the mods and Smods alike. There are a few mods here that would vouch for me if they weren't worried about being turned against because I know them very well.

The point of the thread is that I want to come back to Sythe, I had about 50 vouches or somewhere around that range, was MMing ALOT on a regular basis and had lots of happy people that would use me as a MM over and over again. I had alot people telling me I should apply for OMM.

How can you just call me a scammer cause I would phish RS accounts in which it had nothing to do with Sythe? I mean come on! Would you really terminate one of the helpful Sythe members because he is HELPING the community and in no way HURTING it?

I hope you guys can open your eyes and see that it would be a good decision to unban me.

And mods that say "A scammer is a scammer" like last time, shut your fucking mouth. I never scammed ANYONE and I don't plan on it.
If you think phishing and scamming are the same you need to go get your brain checked.
