The Way Moderators Are Picked

So far, the moderators picked are bad, not all, just some selections..

I'm mostly referring to Unb4nn3d's promotion. Why the fuck is he promoted? Is it because he's homosexual, and Finn is homosexual, and he happens to be a team leader? unb4nn3d stop bribing finn with your penis.

Unb4nn3d isn't even experienced, or fucking been here long enough.

Finn, also, if you don't want to get shit from your homosexuality, don't bring it onto the forum. displaying gay faggot stuff in your signature. That is disturbing whihc is why you get trash talked, you dirty fuck.

He's hypocritical, some guy posts that he has cancer, and Finn turn around and says "why did you pot this, your going to get shit from this". When finn confesses to the forum filled with 10-14 years old that he's homosexual.

No, those are not the reasons I've been promoted. I've been very active in helping out others, and I'm also 19/25 on my MM'ing Thread as well. A recent loss of User Education Rank was kind of sad, but it seems that people shall seek help elsewhere.

How do you know what experiences I have met? I've been here since March of 2007.

... As long as his pictures are not revealing, it seems to be perfectly fine. I don't think he should have them in there, as others do, but I do find the humor from it.

Unbanned, why were you given mod? I honestly don't think you deserve it, but that's my opinion.

As to what Finn does, Finn is Finn. <3

 

Finn, as the team lead has a right to choose who he wants as his section mods. He chose Unb4nn3d, for reasons that don't matter anyway, and ADMINS approved him as a mod. NO mod can be put in place without admin approval.

 

Unabanned deserved the position he got,
and I am proud of him.
All of the stuff prople put him through, the cyberbullying, he struck through it.
Its not only finn that picks him, but other staff members must agree.

To be honest the only reason you posted this is because of jealousy. Not directly from Unbanned, but from Finn as well. You all give it to him because of his sexuality, it's his choice tbh. He's living his life, and he's open and honest about it. You think being a Homosexual is easy for him? He probably cops alot of shit IRL, Let alone on some cheating forum. As a problem solver for all of this, why don't the staff vote to see if someone will be decided as mod?

The Team Leader puts their name through, and the Staff vote for it? I'm assuming the Special Moderator forum would be best for this.

This way, no one gets the blame if someone is selected and does something wrong (MatthewGor), and no one gets the blame if they think favourism was involved (Unb4nn3d).

 

I think Unbanned deserved his position even if his view on some things are debatable. He has helped many people on sythe yet some people still dislike him.... I'm not sure why, maybe they're just homophobes, but his controversial sexuality is not a way to judge whether he's a good mod or not =|

Unb4nn3d is one of the best mods i have seen. He deserves the position he got

I thought the rs section had enough mods.When covey left solidtank was promoted,And when Stevenadrien was demoted finn was promoted,Then Tgump was added.Sounded good enough to me
