    99 def 90 hp 11 prayer 99 magic.

    I said 90 hp because I think 99 gets you over level 100 combat. If it doesn't, then get 99.

    You would want to stay under level 100 because when the 138's see a level 98 mbing anyone they will just flock to you and most likely 2x your stake.

    no no guys, i mean any lvls. doesnt have to be maxed.. just the ideal levels
