If you know what you are doing it would not take too long. Its just some advanced 3D (the laptop was a 3d model the whole time) and some clever animating to a 3d spaceship. Add some Boujou 3d camera tracking and some after effects color correction and effects and you are set to go. Learning is what takes a long time. Actually making the effect might take a week to two weeks.
