Hello. I have decided to make a Runescape Lottery! I have wanted to do this for years, but could never figure out a good way to draw random #s and ensure everyone had a fair chance. That has changed.

Here's how the lottery will work: each ticket is 20k. You give me 5 #s, 1-100. I roll a 100 percentile dice in my cc 5 times. Whoever is closest wins. The winner will have 48 hours to claim the pot. If more than 48 hours pass, the drawing will repeat.

Yes, this could be scam, and I have absolutely no way to show you I'm not scamming. All I can say is that I am 99 rc and have over 30m xp in RC, meaning I have a high amount of cash.

To find me for giving me the 20k, please add the account "R_lottery_S"

When you see it is logged in, you can trade/get tickets

** The first 15 people to trade me will be able to get a ticket for 5k instead of 20k **

This has already been suggested in the suggestions section.
Normal individuals will NOT run it. Only mods/admins will. There is no certainty that you will stay and keep our money or run away with 5k.

Changed method of selecting winner, realized that the current method was not fair. Selecting 5 random #s is better
