The real truth behind stat reseting.

Let me start by saying stat reseting is not because you have been botting, Jagex found that simply reseting your stats is not the best way to handle macros.

Just a bug that has been hitting runescape account for the last month.

Jagex doesn't reset accounts...and I would so not encourage botting, particularly with a bot as obvious as this one.

I no, Some one in cc said "Why are bots only getting reset" Jmods said they couldnt confirm it is just bots.

How do you know every one who got a reset botted?

 

Well it has happened to a few of my friends at school and they WERE botting.

 

I have seen a few people saying its a macroing Script stuff up that jagex dont wont to change incase it stuffs that hole thing up even more.

But I am not sure if its true...

Cuz they post here, on Powerbot, or on Rsbots.net saying they were botting and got reset...?

Depends there is now a lvl 4 with Firecape. that would go for some big $$$

this is actually quite puzzling, i look forwards to seeing the end verdict, and they should most definitely explain the full reason behind the bug, its fascinating as to how it picks its targets..

There is just one example notice the 71 Range but now is 40 He has 99 Wc cape equpited.

 

what i find even more odd is how he only has 33hp, maybe that was reset aswell. either that or hes an odd dbow pker/sw fiend

 

I head something its done with java, and in-game code that conflicts with certain bots causing the stats to completely reset somehow, i have STRICT beliefs this is only been reset on botting accounts.

 

Yer Jmods Wouldnt say if it was just bots or not, but The only people I have seen get reset are botters.

 

Do you know anyone on Sythe who doesn't bot?

 

That's interesting. I some how think it more or less against botters not all the players.
