    If you want to warn someone, you can do so via PM as well. In fact, PMs pop out more to people seeing as the default is having PMs come up in pop-up messages...

    He was proven guilty before the post was even created..Not to mention the constant PM harassment Ranked Player gave me, in wich no one adressed once reported..

    It's implied. If I have the evidence of a scam sitting on my harddrive, but I haven't taken the time to file a report, I cannot accuse him. Simple as that.

    It wasn't a mistake.

    You weren't within the rules.

    Infractions are just warnings not to continue some specific type of behavioral. The OP need not accuse people of being scammers without proof.
