why isn't necessary if they are a scammer etc

 

How about simply only letting moderators/admins vote? Would that be hard to implement (I'm no expert when it comes to vBulletin forums)?
Like how only staff can post in RaSc and Dispute section besides the original topic starter.

OT: I guess I support this, because it makes the impression that staff do not read pardons. This false impression leads to controversy and unnecessary suggestions like this thread being made up, and those in turn make complicated and pointless debates, ex. this thread (exaggerate?).

I think staff should post "no support" because it doesn't really take that long to go to quick-reply, type in "no support" and submit.

 

I personally was pardoned for a TWC and I can say that it's really frustrating to not get a response. If mods believe the user doesn't deserve a pardon atleast give the user the courtesy of telling them why. The only excuse for not giving the user this courtesy is if you have already replied to a previous pardon for the same user.

 

I'd just like to say during my time back I have only read like one or two pardons. They are way too long and way too annoying to deal with and read, to be honest.
