What is your view on level 4's such as Elishot, with 200m thieving XP and other 99's?

lvl 52 that have 78 FLETCHING ARE NOT SKILLERS!

 

A skiller, is someone who trains skills. the skillers with combat stats are ussually called skiller mains.

I only respect lvl 3 or 4 skillers.

 

isn't that the reason why they call themselves skillers? because they only use that ability? ^o)

 

Skiller is someone who only trains non-combat skills.
If you accidentley get one attack level, you are still a skiller since, one attack level doesn't mean you train combat.

 

My View on level 4's and such.
Anyone who isn't level 3, but got combat with out hp, is technically a "10 hp pure" in what ever skill they trained, or a "insert cb skill here" pure

 

I completely agree! This does make me a little angry as well BUT I don't really think that this is the ONE reason new rs is < old rs... Maybe that's just me?
