The Official RareBot Thread

Jagex updated the client so it looks like Rarebot is in need of an update as well. Most scripts do not work, however there appears to be some that do. The Rarebot administrators have said they will address the update in a day or so.

Jacmob did say that he would deal with the injection clients that came back, so yea he got us pretty good. It was nice while it lasted, made me realize how shitty colour bots are.

 

Right now the clients compiler isn't working + the scripts will automatically stop.

Once again I expect an update in the near future.

That's a pretty optimistic view. To be honest, I see this bot as a one time stint that had a single claim to fame. I really hope it comes back but I just wouldn't count on it.

Also, who the fuck keeps ddos'ing these botting websites?

Ahhh sweet thank you. This break in the bot caused me to recklessly stake my entire bank and lose it. I now feel satisfied as I can divert all of the blame to Powerbot (who owes me 25m).

It's not a "pretty optimistic view." There should be a simple fix, and they estimate 24 hours currently.

Is this a legit bot?

 

No one is 100% sure, but for me, personally, Rarebot looks like a legit bot.

 

I've downloaded it and it says it needs an update, or something along those lines? Will this be applied soon/shortly?

 

My apologies, ever since Rsbuddy abruptly went down I've always been a bit skeptical. I guess we'll have to wait and see.

 

Hopefully it gets updated soon :/
