Just out of curiosity, how is the value on accounts calculated? SteamCalculator.com has the value of the account at ~$640 if the games were bought all at full price, so how was it figured out that the account is worth $25-45? Is there some formula I'm missing?

 

Well, for example
the only games worth mentioning on that account would really be
CSS , gta 4 , mw2 , l4d1&2 and tf2 since their multiplayer games and people only pay more for multiplayer games simply because they can download free single player games of the internet.
So, now lets say your account was an 8dig css .. etc all those games would be worth like $10-15 or so, but lower the dig higher price.

$20-$26 if it's Unverified and there're "Proofs of Purchase" (Scan of a CD-Key, Original e-mail, Credit Card / PayPal receipt).

$50-60 only because it's 7 Digits and it's from Original Owner (so you'll provide to buyer ALL kind of proofs - credit card payments, PayPal payments, scanned CD-Keys of games, Steam Support Account, etc.). Don't know why crazybabula haven't seen that .

For that price ($50-$60) maybe you won't find any buyer, so best you can do is to sell it to someone for $40-45 OR save it forever for yourself. It's good account !

MW2 = 60 euro new [3x CSS] | makes like 10$/15$ already ? Saw people selling at that price.
Crysis Pack = $5

Would make like 20/25$?

 

All those prices depends on PoP:
HL2 = 2 - 5$
MW2 = 4 - 7$
Crysis = 3.50 - 5.50$
And the GTA SA might add a dollar.
Those prices are not 100% right. You might find someone who will pay 20 - 25$.

As a side note, then I would recommend you to sell those TF2 items separately, since there's a lot of people buying items here (I think lol).

 

its an 8 digit. And PoPs on all items. 50 dollars seems particularly low for so many games, including multiplayer games in good standings... especially COD blackops which is still 60 I think?
