the amount of game crashes is unbearable.. you login enjoy yo ur 3 seconds then crash

 

I got a beta ticket, but unfortunately I'm not a member. When/if I upgrade my account, I'll test it out, and tell you guys my opinion. But, I think it looks pretty cool so far.

 

I can't really stand the unbelievable amount of lag. From what I tested out, it's very confusing..

i dont even get this stupid update

runescape have two different servers? so does that mean in the beta, do you have to level up or your stats and equips and bank inventory will be transfered to beta?

 

Theres a button called 'import save' on lobby which imports your current character info etc

otherwise yes you'll be lvl 4 if they didnt fix it

Logged in. The servers are so laggy it's unbearable. Especially when trying to pick up the free gear from Lumbridge. Hopefully this will get fixed because I can't help Jagex beta test AT ALL if it's this unusable.

 

So far I'm a bit confused by the update, there's so many new things to explore. It'll take some work to get used to it, but I feel eventually it will grow on me. (I hope at least.)

 

I hope the value of all accounts with pure stats increase.

I don't know if it's just me, but I haven't been experiencing any irregular lagg issues whatsoever.

As for the update; I love it. It's definitely something which, assuming the flaws are ironed out (purpose of the beta) will be truly great for the game. One thing I will say though is that it's gonna take some getting used to, that's for sure

 

This is my situation at the moment too. I've qualified for the BETA, but I need to re-upgrade my account before I can actually play.

Judging on the amount of complaining I've heard today about the crashing, lag, and the usual post-update shit storm, I am going to wait a day or two until I actually log in and test it out

It sounds pretty cool though, looking forward to trying it!

 

Lol the only one of my accounts that made the cut was the one I've been suicide botting for the last month.

I got into the BETA.
Not on my main, but on my shitty noob account :'(
I don't have that lagg issues most people above me posted :S

 

I think this update is awesome...It seems to be pretty basic...

Also, for the people saying "they won't pay 12 months membership for this" or "I have a beta ticket but am f2p" well...You would have already had to have been a member for 12 months non stop...Also, that beta ticket was just to sign up. If you are f2p right now, than you can not get into beta, because you weren't accepted into the beta.

BUT if you were to become a member, you can try it out on the weekends, like everyone else not in the beta.

Also, I don't have any lag issues or any disconnection issues. That was probably just from so many people flooding the servers trying to get in when it first started.

 

I've seen the video's, and I feel that RuneScape is changing into a WoW a like game.
The reason I quit rs, shit updates.
But this is just my opinion, and alot of people seem to be excited and happy about this update, so I hope it turns out right for them .

I like it it changes the whole game.

 

Not really...Plus, that is how it should be...runescape is steering away from the click and wait type I think..Which is good

I personally like pking a lot more...

 

No because i was tranffer right back to where i was when i logged on to reguarl server so non of the stuff i got in the beta tranferred
