Under 65 combat you should look into maulers with some range lvls. Just use any range combo with maul spec. I would probably keep 1 or 13 prayer at such a low lvl since you can pk in +1 worlds where you don't even lose your maul.

 

Personally I have a thing for corrupt PKing. It is quite dominant.

 

I Tend to Shy towards the Hybirds.

50 Attack , 80 Strength, 80 Ranged , 85 magic , 31-44 prayer.

Use Teleblock / Entangle then Karils X bow to drain food. If you want you can swtich to G maul when low and pow pow pow. Dead.

Very effective.

OR

60 Attack 90+ Strength 94 magic 31 - 44 prayer and low hp ( So you will need to do soul wars.)

Example: My friend is 96 strength 60 attack 40 hp ( 50 when eats a rocktail ) and 44 prayer and 94 magic hes 66 combat...

Het can hit up to 30 with Barrage and possbily Spec 32-32...So he owns all his levels.

Sw Prods own providing you are decent at rushing

To make sure you get your money back on it I usally JST do targets until money is made back. then go for everyone.

 

I bot my money. So money isn't an issue with my pures.

 

I myself am a hybrid pure.

My current stats are
59 Combat
50 Attack
73 Strength
1 Defence
82 Ranged
82 Magic
72 Constitution
12 Prayer (For Desert Treasure/Ava's Accumulator)
1 Summoning

With those stats, I have no trouble beating people to the ground with my giant hammer which I call my granite maul and then if any trouble arises, such as a rush then you can blitz them and reverse rush.

It's up to you really, it depends how YOU prefer to PK, with melee, with ranged, with magic or with them all.

You pick and choose your favourite combinations and as long as you're happy, then you can't go wrong.

 

I don't know how to make money from pking theses days, i killed atleast 25 people and get under 400k with targets. it is because kill too many people so i ep doesnt go up? or is it because i dont die a lot? Rs pking drops fail now a days

 

I'm used my maxed zerker pure and he owns
level 114

 

The d claw pures are the best these days imo. 60/99/1 with 31 prayer using dscim&dclaws.

 

D Claw pures are pretty popular and very good for PKing at the moment
