The Music Scene

To the musicians that want to make a living of of there art. Ive noticed a lot of people make the mistake of trying to jump on the ban wagon. Now obviously this is a terrible idea cause its unoriginal and you wont go anywhere unless you are a phenomenal musician or song writer in that field but i digress.

So what do you guy think about trying to think ahead and being original in your music?

 

I disagree look at bands like saving Abel, and slipknot. both are getting\are quite famous by jumping on the band wagon. being unoriginal and copying others.

Anyways

A. Make the music your own.
B. Play your gigs intelligently [ this means not to take everyone you get the chance to take it will make you a local popularity but nothing more]
C. Learn how the music industry works
D. don't sound like shit.
