The ultimate scan quit is when someone makes a site then scams everyone on it. It's happened so many times in rs history.

Also fagex is what someone above was probably thinking of.

I was the last owner of fagex, it wasn't a scam quit, my guy doing security lost our password to the domain because he PM'd the details to me on the forum and got his account hacked lmao.

It was actually a poppin community back in like '07-'10
