EOC hands down! followed by the introduction of the trade limit and removal of the wilderness.

Definitely EOC, most people play for the PvP aspect and once that was pretty much taken away, everyone quit. Hence why 07 was so popular.

 

EOC no doubt in my mind. Simple as that.
