someone said rubies are used a lot for strength amulets for pkers, doesnt this ruin the point when they can buy cut rubies for half the price? >.<

 

Yes but they have to buy the uncut rubies to cut the rubies then make a strength amulet, so by buying uncut rubies everything that's made from rubies will go up.
