the laps xfer storm

hey,

ive been looking at a few forums and it seems the chosen way of xfering from accounts is bh.

ive been thinking long and hard about other options.

here they are

1) Drop method *untested*
drop a easter egg for example, then a lobster or something next to it.
the account needing gp waits for the easter egg to appear, if it doesn't appear and the lobster does the dropper grabs the egg knowing its not going to appear and no-one gains or looses. if the egg does appear the dropee grabs it and has got 4.5mil

2) Shop method *UNDOABLE* - doesn't work - can sell at low price but shop increases to market price.
you got to a low pop world. and somone sells somehing like a whip or easter egg to general store - another person buys
only problem is the general store acts a little wied, it refreshes sometimes and everything gets cleared. a technique could be to throw some junk in there wait for it to clear, throw some more junk in there then the item and other person buys

3) Tz-juk-lap *unknown*
ive herd of people doing xfers at fight pits - someone goes and buys 20 dragon stones other person buys some mith ores. first person sells the d-stones to the store for a small amount of tokul, other person sells there mith ore for tokul and buys the d stones with them, sells the d-stones = gp

I'm on a mission to find a better way to trade cause bh is very limited, need to worry about lvl creaters etc.

None of them will work,

1. Nothing over 3k that is dropped will be shown.

2. The shop sells things for the market price.

3. You are gonna need a lot of mith ore, but most likely the time to get, or the cost will over weigh any means of profit.

 

1 - easter eggs/pumpkins etc are valued at 1gp

2 - negative - i vauled whip at shop it goes for 40 something k, buy for 75kish so its a 30-40k loss for 1.2mil xfer

3 - not sure on this ive just been told about it

 

hmm, I im kinda itching that this easter egg thing might actually work.

 

No jagex made all of your ways basically undo-able since the trade limit update. All items that are not originally sold in the shop are market price.
The Tzhaar one is do able but instead use fire runes theyre cheap and easy to get.

 

You are wrong/ you've been told wrong.
This would have been fine, for the few days after the trade limit.

 

im confused, you saying shop wont work cause its at market price? ive valued whip and it sold for 40 something k? do you mean when you buy it it goes up to 1.2mil?

 

Yes, the store buys it from you for a low price but sells it for medium price.

 

thanks for clearing it up, that option has now been scraped.
