The Great Revival.

Ok, as most of you know, almost a year ago (i think), almost all (may not have been all) accounts were unbanned and a set amount of blackmarks were erased. I'm not sure on the specifics, but was there a set reason for this happening, or just a random jail-break? I know accounts with perms on them were unbanned as well since I got back 3 or 4 accounts.

Any info would be appreciated, thanks.
