The Gomez Ban Appeal

Alright here's the deal, I was banned for being a phisher. You can see my original appeal HERE
Sure I phish, and I'd be willing to give that up to be on Sythe.
Second of all I know SEVERAL VERY LEGIT members here at Sythe that are very legit, lots of vouches, one of them is even a mod/former mod, I forgot which.
Face it, half of the people here do it and they ARE NOT scammers. Now Daily says "A scammer is a scammer"... True, true... But I am NOT a scammer.
I would like to see one real scam report of mine (Other than imposters or the time I got hacked) claiming that I am a scammer. Exactly, there are none. I have almost 50 vouches, Have been at Sythe for over a year and have over 1k posts.
Sythe is a cheating community. We play dirty. I play dirty, but when it comes to buisness I am the fucking best. You guys are trying to "Clean up Sythe", and you're aren't doing bad getting rid of the good guys I must say.
You don't read 1/4 of the fucking scammer reports anyways. Firecaping and Training scammed at least 10 members before something was done about it and that was WITH solid proof.
Yet you ban the good guy with no proof of him scamming anybody at all.
This is a fuck up on your part Sythe mods and admins and you would be wise to unban me.

Also, if you've ever traded with me or if I've middlemanned a trade of yours, why don't you, yourself, the user give your opinion on me?

Also Sythe admins and mods. What did I do to harm the community? What rule did I break? That's right. Failure on your part to ban properly.
Just so you know I am not flaming, I am ranting about poor modship.

Hasn't anybody here seen the show "Cops"? "All suspects are innocent until proven guilty."

Have I been proven guilty of scamming? I think not.

I leave the decision up to the admins, and I leave the judgement up to the rest of you.

It's your choice, do what you should have done. Unbanned me 11 days ago.

Pointless phishing is scamming, if you phish you're taking accounts\gp\rl money from other people without something in return and not of there consent therefore it is a scam. I do believe what you do on other sites though should be between you and the other site and have nothing to do with sythe but thats just me. Regardless I will be surprised if you get to come back.

 

You've already been denied once by the Sythe staff members. I wouldn't expect any change in their decision.
