Posters above pretty much answered this.

There will be a free trial coming out in the next 24 hours, so you can check the bot works! It does, just for some reason people use this thread for customer support. I don't know of a single problem with the bot atm. If anyone ever finds anything, they can send a screenie to customer support and it will be fixed within a few days. It's a good setup, keeps RID up to date and has made the bot extremely reliable.

Why choose RID? I think the best thing about RID is it's designed to play like a human. This has been so effective, it now requires Mod Mark L's intervention to get banned (back in V2 he had a bit of help from Mod Murdoch), and you need to be breaking one or more RID guidelines to enter his radar. The software itself is risk-free, the zero ban-rate has lasted over a year (4 times as long as rsbots has existed). I don't think there's been any bot in history that's achieved anything like that? RID has been around for 2 years though, 'I 1337 I' got his 10 day ban with version 2, about 20 months ago... back then RID did not have a perfect record, but was still the safest bot around at the time.

Trust me as a veteran in botting, it is easy to last a few months without being caught (there are constantly projects out there, free to use, developed by teenagers, proving exactly this). The first bot I ever used, was 100% detectable, it had massive flaws, but despite all that, I got to level 96 in the skill before getting banned, and was botting for 2 or 3 months and made 60-70M. That seems to be exactly what is going on at rsbots atm.
On the last page, I posted the proof rsbots.net are not mcAfee secure, along with a few other questionable claims you can check for yourself.

I'd love to see them stop doing this kind of thing, I'm sure they don't need to lie to make sales, it gives all bot makers a bad name. I don't like seeing videos of bots like the runecrafter, that earn 400k an hour, but only show a haul of 1-10M gold, that doesn't prove success or display confidence in the software. Maybe one day they will graduate to botting on accounts with blue + red partyhats (actually anything over 100M would be a pleasant surprise), achieved by long-term use of their software, and stop lying to people. Until then, my advice is no-one should take them completely at face value.

Basically, if you want to use the safest bot in history, and be part of a community that isn't run by brain-washers, and you want your account to still be around in 3 months, go for RID. If you don't want any of those, go for rsbots. :p

I have some questions about MTA4 robotz.

1- Is this bot safe to use autotalk on? I was reading some posts from about a year ago (early 2008) and something happened where jagex was reverse engineering the autotalk function.. im assuming you fixed this.

2- What is the most likely cause of being banned? I know its breaking one of the guidelines.. but more specifically, is it the autotalk function, it not being human enough, or botting too much?

3- When using this bot, should we have autotalk on or off? Would it be safer to leave off?

    Thanks, RID.

    1. What ive heard, the autotalker is a lot safer nowadays. If it wouldnt be safe to use, it wouldnt be added to the bot.

    2. Theres kinda 2 most likely causes, first one is revealing your character info in this thread or anywhere in sythe. Second one is botting too much.

    3. Well what do you think of players who dont answer when you play and ask questions? Most likely you think its a botter, so i suggest you to let the autotalker be on.

Okay. Whats considering botting too much?? Is 2-3 hours a day combined with an hour or 2 of real playing too much?

Well its not too much, but if you play every day 5hours, it may get suspicious. I'd say its okay but sometimes keep a day or two break from botting.

it logs in then it doesnt do anything

They shouldn't have to fix it, that would allow people to reuse their bots for their own profit from people oblivious to the macro. Simple don't change your username, that's your fault.

If you transfer your hours to your display name, that will work temporarily, but will fail on login. There will probably be a feature to enter your username AND display name soon.

Don't worry, there will be a way to cater for display names by tomorrow.

It will involve transferring, so if you've changed display name, you will be able to transfer your hours to the new RS account and Display Name combination once the transfer section is updated. Thanks.

Totally irrelevant to your post (sorry), but what do you consider is the max time we should bot per day? That account that you successfully got a red and blue partyhat as well as 99 mage.. how long did you bot per day? No specific numbers as that breaks a guideline, but roughly?

You can safely bot 3-4 hours a day...not playing at all yourself. And remember, RID has been botting for about 3 years lol

Safely, 6 hours. People say 3-4 hours, and what not, but there is an exact line. 8 hours minimum is fine.

8 hours of play time whether you bot or not each day is kinda suspicious. I would not recommend 8 hours of botting and then playing...or either by their self.

People who say to bot only like 3-4h a day, tbh thats ridicilous to me.

Think it from jagex, if they can't actually prove that youre botting, they cant do a shit. And rid is undetected, "Jagex proof". Basicly with rid its the same as gertjaars, he didnt start at like 2002, more like 2005? They havent banned him for playing alot / day. 8h / a day is safe, like rid said, breaking only guideline 1 botting over 8h gives a chance of 0.5 for ban, which is quite low in my eyes.

But you compromise the safety of others using RID. So don't get greedy. Bot as long as you want, but if you get banned because you didn't follow the guidelines dont bitch to RID about it.
