The German World Lure

Requirements: 90 Mage and done the quest Lunar Diplomacy

I would juss like to say this lure was first posted by me so if you see anyone selling it report them

Steps
1: Go to the german member world by clicking deutsch on the runescape homepage and get on world 140 like you do on the english page

2: Find an english speaking person that doesn't speak german (important!!!) if they speak german this usally won't work

3: Ask them if they will let you teleport them to falador for mage xp, usally if they are nice they will say yes

4: Cast teleother ice plateau on them, since the entire german server is in german the other person will not know what your doin and will accept

5: Teleport to the ice plateau, kill them, and collect your prize

Tele other and tele group have a totally different interface so you should say a lunar tele spot not a normal magics spell spot
