    Alcohol on a wet substance. Alcohol pulls water to the surface as it evaporates, because of it's low evaporation temperature/boiling point.

    Oh yeah, I guess it would. Anything that is wet and is wetting something then. Technically it is wetting something while it's drying because almost all things that are wet are in the process of drying out, even if they are wetting something while drying out.

    Anything, I suppose?
    Since if you have 100% water, and you get something wet. That thing that was 100% water is now less, since it had to transfer over some water to the new object?

    So it'll be like 95% water, and the other thing will be 5% water :p
