I was just saying I guessed there was some missing, the numbers were still a few/couple hundred off, and u guys found what I thought was missing because u found u went over & Roary had some so my accounting estimation was right ;p.

 

Roary sent me that money _after_ the raffle so I'm a bit confused about how that has anything to do with your guess lol

 

Because the amount lost vs the amount sold wasn't adding up properly, it was between $150-$400 off and now I know where it was ;p.

Anyway doesn't matter, dw if ur confused I know what happened lol.

 

But CDT wasn't aware I received those funds lol. It wasn't part of their total. (Roary sent it after everything and told me to donate it when I donate the rest of the funds I have)

Can you give a tl;dr as to why? Seems weird to be elected new head by the sites owner to be demoted immediately.

 

essentially, nobody wanted to give their ranks up on the pr or cdt team so sythe was manipulated into creating a third group even though all of them should be merged.

syed was going to lead the new cdt which focused on technical events to grow the community (which imo are much better than the events getting hosted right now). but everyone started bitching about not wanting to lose their ranks so sythe made a technical group that syed can run. that's the tldr.

no problem, man. in my honest opinion the cdt should be focused on technical events anyways because that's what actually grows the community (look at the pokemon bot sythe developed which drew in hundreds of members). so i honestly believe there should just be one group, but everyone wants their ranks so three groups had to be made.

 

You have no real understanding of what happened, so please don't comment.

Syed was an irrational replacement of Excelont made by Sythe. Because Sythe felt the CDT did not need a staff influence. Unbeknownst to a lot of members, Staff input is very necessary for CDT to work. That doesn't mean that they run the show. Trust me they don't. A lot of things were happening in the back round, not "nobody wanted to give their ranks up on the pr or cdt team", a lot of irrational un-team like actions were happening by Syed, that were not necessary, nobody manipulated Sythe into creating a third group, the third group is a much more easier route then what happened yesterday.

If you believe that CDT needs to be a tech group, then you have limited understanding of what CDT does. Perhaps it could of worked as a collated group, but from the actions of yesterday everything was rushed, confused, and left many vet CDT wanting to leave, because of the irrational actions, of Syed. These are people who have put years of work into the betterment of the site, easy access for users through stickies, making skype chats, events, competitions etc. The new group is not called public relations group? PR is separate to technical core(has the name changed?), which is the new group regarding gaming aspects. Public Relations, is all about bringing new members in through social media etc.

Many people who tend to be some-what troll like felt it was a chance to join the CDT with Syed as leader, again people didn't realise you need actual tech experience to have even joined.

 

Awe man you missed your chance! Better be salt in the spam forum and then complain when another application of yours gets denied.

 

i honestly don't care my application got denied. i'm more than qualified to join the team with my real world experience and education which will carry me far in real life. apparently, that all doesn't matter when you pick members. keep carrying on with your dead weight competitions and let the tech core team be the real community development. i see a lot of activity on cdt competitions lately. great work. the summer picture competition and the trading competition is flourishing.
