The CDT now is doing a good job I think. I don't disagree with the sub-forum being public though. Since it aims to serve the entirety of Sythe I don't understand why the content has to be surreptitiously hidden away.

The CDT is a good concept, the public should be more in concert with the members of it so less problems like this happen.

Communication is a good thing.

 

Good communication is the difference between me calling @Dunworry the stupid fuck he is and me thanking @video for the absolutely great job he is doing.

 

CDT can't be released to public. They create competitions for us all to enjoy...

I haven't read this thread at all yet, but I see that I've been tagged several times. I will give it a proper read when I am able to (most likely in the morning EST, but possibly a few hours).

Anyway, I'm just posting to apologize for how this has all been handled. The raffle happened when leadership in CDT was being handed over, so neither Excelont nor I had full control over it all. That was obviously a mistake. I should have made an effort to stick through as leader until the raffle was over so that one person stayed in control of it all. I am very sorry for not planning ahead. We already had elections under way before the raffle started, and once Jon passed, I wasn't in the best state of mind for quite a while, especially after going to his funeral. The first thing I tried to do once I came back to sythe was hand power off to the next leader since I thought it was important for Cdt to have someone active to run all of our events, but in retrospect I should have stayed until the raffle was over.

Anyway, I'd also like to apologize for the Bogla 07/BTC thing. There was some miscommunication, again, my fault. I've already sent Bogla a pm letting him know I will cover the difference for the gold price purchased with BTC. (Around $470 I think, I'm not too sure on the exact number).

I'm sorry for the wait to get you all this information. I will give a proper response actually replying to posts and content of the thread after I have read it.
