I'm having 2nd thoughts if wells is bad. I mean maybe he did all this for a better future. When he says "I protect my own", it's really confusing if it's genuine or not.

 

Im thinking that Harrison will use that Treadmill to travel through time. Any thoughts about that?

Alright, now that I've ignored the user spamming to get his PC up and posting spoilers, I actually thought that The flash and Arrow ended. The December to january wait wasn't enough, so they give us another 1 month wait.

 

I just fixed it. I thought it would be clear didn't meant to but anyways apologies.

You're assumption is both right and wrong.

The events that took place when Barry Allen was a child is all necessary for Thawn (the Reverse Flash) to exist.

We can only assume The Flash and his nemesis Reverse Flash are battling it out sometime in the future, during there battle Reverse Flash must have tapped into the "Speed Force" gone back in time to Barry's home where Reverse Flash want's Barry to think he's going there to kill his mother but in reality he want's to kill Barry as a child so Barry never becomes the Flash.
If Barry never becomes the Flash reverse Flash will not exist either but that's a price the Reverse Flash is more then happy to pay because he's a little crazy obsessed with destroying the Flash.

While the fight is going on the Flash attempts to save his mother but child Barry comes down stairs see's everything that's going on Reverse Flash tries to get him but The Flash saves himself as a child takes him outside to the street by the time he comes back Reverse Flash had already killed Barry's mother.

So during that sequence The Flash would have to choose between his mother and himself those were the options Reverse Flash gave him.

 

Holy shit, best episode hands down.

Well everything I said came true what a surprise not...

Eobard Thawne has arrived at last but unfortunately we only get a glimpse of him because as Eobard comes to life Barry taps into the Speed Force going back in time rendering all that happened utterly a mirage.

So fret not our dear Cisco remains alive.

 

Can anyone possibily explain how time travel works in a simple way?

So from the most recent episode, Barry goes back into time.. would this mean that there's two Barry's? Or did the Barry that went back, took over the old Barry?

Because that would explain Eobard situation where he's stuck in a old time series.. does this mean in his original time.. he isn't there?

 

Man, this show gets better and better. Still only season god damn 1, and it's amazing.

 

Agreed. My only problem is how that freeze dude has everything go his way. It's starting to get ridiculous.
