As Aftcomet said, S A X. He was an early 123 or 124 in RSC. I only saw him a few times in game though. (I thought you get get 124 in RSC and 126 in RS2... oh well.) And correct me if I'm wrong about this but don't you mean blue_rose13 instead of bluexrose?

 

123 was max in RSC and it was blueroseX13
