    I'm surprised how quickly jagex deleted the threads on the forum if any duping discussion was brought up. Half of the rs community doesn't even know a dupe of this amount occurred.

    What I'd be worried about more is taxes. Odds are the government(no matter where he lives, whichever government) is going to catch wind of it and want to claim taxes(i.e. steal).
    Though I'm pretty sure Jagex could actually sue him, it's a pretty significant breach of the terms and conditions.

    They could try but odds are Jagex would lose because they really can’t prove anything. The only evidence they have is some YouTube videos (that could have taken place on a private server or faked) and the Jagex database that could be altered at any given time.

    This thread has had like 5+ people on it at all times..

    As others have been saying.. I wouldn't been worried about courts or taxes really but more of this.. id be worried about them flagging my ip and any trades with randomers investigated/cleaned

    Id say just stage a duel arena fight if you're planning on selling
