    It's a battery (which is included) that comes with a charger. When it has ran out of juice you just place the charger in your wall and put the battery in the slot.

    isnt any laser over 5mW illegal in US??? and the laser having ability to burn means its 100mW which means you can get in a lot of trouble owning one of these

    As I had stated these are Class III lasers and only 5mW. It is very much possible for a 5mW laser to burn since they do have a negative defraction lens.
