Worst options ever. Tupac is the only one out oft those that should be up there.

 

Wayne is best out of that list, but you need to put up Snoop, Ace Hood, and T.I.

Of course this is all opionionated. You will never get the "best" rapper cause not everyone will agree with the same guy. They're too many rappers out there to say that he is the best. Lil Wayne is too flashy. Brother Lynch Hung is just perfect.

IMO there really is no best it comes down to what you like. For instance I only like a handful of pacs songs even though everyone says hes the best =/
I like Wayne as well as other southern rappers. I like hearing songs that you can go rollin with load bass xD
