The best loans?

In 2023 I purchased a used car from a dealership in the UK called Stoneacre. They offered me a year warranty which recently expired, just after it expired it was like the car just went to absolute shit, the turbo went initially which in turn caused the fuel pump to go, then the timing belt recently went and effectively fucked my entire engine. I’m going through the ombudsman service at the moment to fight the finance to see what deal can be made as the car is now basically scrap and worthless.

I’m in need of a new car, so need a loan to finance it. Anyone from the UK recommend any good companies (not direct from the bank) that offer a good APR? I have a reasonable credit score so shouldn’t have an issue, and my parents have agreed to be my guarantor if required.

Anyone got personal experience with the ombudsman service too? Should I be expecting a shitty result?
