The best interface you've found?

i'm using MIN graphics and fixed screen.

my actionbar is along the bottom left, bottom right is tabs. the only thing is the chatlog, bloody annoying.

is there a way to have like a section actionbar above for say healing abilities or w/e rather than having to scroll action bar pages?

 

I believe you can only have one actionbar, and you have to scroll between them, which doesn't take that much hassle, I'm sure there is a shortcut so you don't have to click all the time.
