Thanks for Firez for closing my other report thread when I had more then enough valid proof. Reposted with more proof.

I sold him a Yellow Partyhat for 150$ via paypal. He went first, he sent money, I sold him Partyhat, he is now disputing it. He also clearly stated on my vouch thread that I sold him a yellow partyhat.
