It wasn't stupid, cp. The warning was due to discreet and implicit advertising which was trying to circumvent the rules. The warning has been re given. Do not reverse it.

(The warning aspect rather than a 2-point infraction was due to the implicit nature of the advertising. It doesn't mean anything, and it's not going to result in his ban, but he should be more aware that advertising isn't at all allowed.

 

It's somewhat like a policy of Double-Jeopardy.. in which this rule has been violated.
