From what i've gathered, someone made R2P some grpahics, he used it without payment, and he's using he's from china as an excuse why he can't pay, don't quote me on it, just what I've found from looking for 5 mins

 

Exactly what Daxal said. Report is in the report a scammer section.

The reason he doesn't have to pay for the design that I made for him is because he's "only using it on a test site, it's not live", and he doesn't have to take it down because "he's in China on vacation and can't contact his developer".

this is a legit test from hong kong shatin area

r2p hasn't paid dialatic for a template he created and is currently using it on a test site, however he can't remove it because he's in China and staff won't ban him until then because of who he is.
