Terra Nullius

What are your view on Terra Nullius, meaning the land is owned by nobody. I am just interested, does anyone own the land?

I personally think, that no, NOBODY owns the ground.
We should think like the old indians; "We don't own land. Land owns us."

If you buy the property then you own the land, that is considered Real Property. You own the minerals beneath it, the air around it. For the USA anyway, most other countries Govt's own the minerals beneath your property.

I figure you own the land if you work it, live on it, and defend it.
