    Thought it wasn't enough but found other matches, so he's banned. Serial ban evader aswell which I wanted to lookup though all I could lookup about the retard is that he's from 1996 and is called "AJ Rana"/"Alia Rana". Sounds like someone who'd join IS so I guess scamming fits right in the picture there.
