User has been camping proxies for almost a year, TWC removal disputed his TWC here but it was lifted in error, this is not his home IP but another proxy

Based on the above two reports, I reapplied the TWC for home IPs, which of course he hasn't disputed since but complained about: https://i.imgur.com/jOBMpaw.png

More worrying than all this, his account has been sold a few times and is being relisted. if you check edit history, on 30th December 2019 he sold the account: https://i.imgur.com/CO9Wi3r.png, however the same evening he lists it again.
On 6th January 2020, he again edits his thread to say "Sold". On the same evening, it's listed once more. Since then the account is still up for sale.

Exact same account, gradually increasing in stats over the months (261 QP)

This user apparently bought this account on the 2nd, yet it's still being bumped as of today.

I am the buyer of Terib's Account. I bought for $175 in BTC. Here is proof. Let me know anything else i can help with this mixup.

The account was sold for $175 via bitcoin, and as he stated the account up for sale is not the same account.
The reason why i edited it as sold as i had an real life friend which wanted it but he backed out, twice. So i relisted it.
