But my point was not many people go to the MTA, and on the relsese date whic hthe most likely know about they could and most likely will red flag anyone that goes there and maybe will send Jmods there and loads of stuff. Waiting a few weeks, you might miss getting flagged if you are careful.

Very nice! I was wondering if you would ever limit how much people used the bot. I was going to make a bot I was making have some randomness for each user, but I threw away the project... I still think the server side stuff is the coolest thing ever.

It will be delayed, due to some recent graphical updates, and to allow time for fine-tuning.

The new expected release date is 24th August, it could take a short while longer but not much. It's more a matter of days rather than weeks now.

i think sticking to the old small version would be faster, since it has to move shorter distaces with the mouse.

I don't know why Jagex is fuming about this. Only around 20-30 bot, what is the big deal? I don't see why they would want to go out of their way to crack us 30 people.

Ya there are a lot more than 20-30, easily over 100... I'm thinking closer to 200.

 

my estimate is 150-200 people.. if it where 200 people autoing at yews that would be one thing. But there is only one MTA mini-game and we make serous profit when we bot. So 200 people is definitely enough to get us noticed.

 

A bit of random world hopping will show, there's an average of about 2-4 players at the MTA most times of the day, multiply by 85 worlds and there's probably rought 250 players across all worlds in the MTA, at any given time. I know exacly how many are bots, when it is online, but it should not a big deal especially with the 6 hours average being introduced. There has never been anything like 250 bots online simultaneously, so the impact on prices from other players at the MTA is greater.
It's not the type of bot people notice, each player can train only one account at a time, every day it's online players talk to it, ask it questions and things, without even realising they're talking with a bot, and people definitely would not know about it's existence in-game, if it wasn't for it being discussed outside the game.
If the numbers get very high, there'll be some kind of waiting list introduced, a cap on the number of total players authorised to use the program. The PC bot will be more scalable, since there are 10s of thousands of players playing there each day.

People with unlimited, will not have that status removed. If there is ever a cap placed on the total number of auths given out, it would only apply to people without credit, wanting to buy credit, and when someone runs out, a new place would open up for someone new. The instant payment system, will be in place for the foreseeable future. It's just a pre-cautionary measure, to keep the balance, and would only be introduced if the bot becomes too popular.

 

Sounds wonderful, I always thought you should had some type of restriction on the MTA bot.

So with the daily cap and all, could you also quickly program something like bot for x hours and then stop? Or is that already coming

 

I can find out one way to get past this cap, just buy 2 bots.

Yes, Robotz has put alot of effort into this update. And I can truley say he is one of the most dedicated people I have met during my time of cheating on runescape. He tries to keep the bot updated and keep our safety number 1 priority. Even when people get banned which is not due to Robotz fault he still gives some extra time on a new account just to make up for the loss.
