Yeah.. um.. 5 bm ban again. I did get 2 5 blackmark bans from v3 on another account :'( i was doing the alch minigame. i barely even botted, though. I maybe only ran it for 2 hours this week. no hours last week that i can remember. ugh.. this sucks. also 2 .5 blackmarks from this bot on this account =/ i doubt i will ever use this bot again.. i trust rsbot more.

 

Robotz... I know that you are doing your best to sell the bot...but like I said before, you really have to consider if an aspect of this bot is seriously compromised at this point.

If anyone who's NOT used this bot before gets banned, it should be safe to conclude that Jagex has a pretty secure algorithm to ban those using the bot.

^^ lol? we paid for this.. we expect it to not ban our accounts. and it is the bot's fault. something that jagex has figured out and they are taking advantage of it.

 

Has anyone blamed the bot? Not that I know of. I actually laughed when I saw that i was Perm banned.

So far everyone has previously used MTA has been banned, I believe...

 

I kind of felt sick in my stomach but I have made a new account now and will be botting it up on that one soon. I am now 99.99% sure its the alch because I have not used alch basically at all since v3, even in the beta of v3 i never used alch. And the first day I decide to use alch I get banned and I am sure my appeal will be denied, it is pending right now. My pure is screwed and I felt robbed of my time. Damn you jagex and your faggot ways.

 

wow after i posted my little report i woke this mornin gettin ready to do about 10k alchs, but i wanted to see if anyone replied to my laptop vista problem.

looks likes there wont be any botting for me :s. Back to telling my trainers to start training lol.

 

well, i blame jagex.. but if the bot is flawless, it wouldnt have gotten people banned. idk, im pretty mad right now. i liked this bot, but it is too risky using it.

 

I would agree with you, ive gotten quite a bit enchanting exp last nigh and yesterday, and im ban free.

hope we can get this fixed, sorry about the perm ban, and if you want a quick way to change your ip address, change your computer name

 

^^ it might catch up to you.. you can get banned a full week after you botted.

 

I agree though, Robotz has claimed his bot is undetectable yet I have gotten about 4 bans from it already and have lost my favorite account. I think I am giving up on rs because there goes a year of my life I'll never get back. I blame jagex and partly robotz as he said his bot was undetectable. Also if your bot was truly so good how could they tell within an hour I was botting. I mean if the movements are so human like. I think there is some way jagex is getting information and its not just from observing, they have found something Robotz and I know more people will get banned soon.

 

Dude you knew the risk when you downloaded it. I'm not saying you are completly wrong, I feel your pain too. But if you have previous bans on your IP then they surely monitored your other accounts.

Just to tell you so you know the same information I'm working with.

58 people used the bot the first day it came out, 42 so far today, and 6 bans. If Unce got banned with V3 that means 5 out of the 6 were banned with V3. All of whom used V3, and theoretically could have been flagged in the past.

Perc, I understand your opinion because you didn't use since you were banned with V3, then you barely even begin to bot today and get infracted. More than anyone else, you've had it tough, I noticed you advertise your char name in your sig. I'm not knocking it, but it's obvious Jagex keep up to date with RID, and they would find this thread a good source of information. If they are using an intelligence driven system to catch people, you'd be making it easy for them. I'd even be nervous about giving details of what games you play, when, for how long, etc, here. I know trigger gave details of how long he was alching for yesterday, down to the second, in a post made here, and not long after he was banned - I doubt there's a link, but be aware it is possible so refrain from giving information at all when we're being this closely watched so we can rule it out.

Perc's case is an example of there being no correlation between the people receiving bans and number of hours spent online, which you'd expect if people were being detected by an automated system. 40% of the people using the bot past two days are new and a few guys have gone past 15 hours a day since the release, but haven't been touched, whereas the guys banned were responsible, approx 6 hours a day, then perc just 1 hour..

It dosen't look to me like they're picking off people at random, but I'm not ruling anything out at this stage. We'll learn more in the coming days. For anyone who does get banned, if you want to use RID again, please change IP before establishing a new account to be as safe as possible. As ever, I'll be happy to help anyone (who used the bot responsibly) to get started out with free hours on the bot from a clean slate.

sorry robotz, im just mad. i know it isnt a permanent ban, but it just made me want to vent.. this is a great bot and before i was banned on my last account, it did great. getting me thousands of pizzaz points, millions of exp, and millions of gp. i take back just about all that i said. the rsbot mta script does not even compare to this bot, especially because he does not keep it updated. this is such a good program that jagex had to actually come in game just to ban people. i will use this bot more, but just once all of the bans get sorted out and jagex cools down..

EDIT good thinking about the sig thing, but couldnt they just connect the two accounts by ip? and there isnt really any proof that i own that account.. well, maybe i left my username unedited in a picture or something.

 

the bot is great its just im pissed off because I got permed. I mean dont say its undetectable if it is detectable. Also I made a new account and didn't change my ip. Should I just change it now and be alright or should I change it then make another account.
